We know you will treat our dress like yours; however, minor wear and tear can happen! This is life and we have got you covered.
This rental insurance covers:
- Small stains that can be removed in the cleaning
- Small tears which can be sewed back
- Untucked button/s that is given back with the outfit
- Broken zipper or clasp that can be stitched or replaced
This rental insurance does not cover:
- The loss of the outfit or any add-on provided with the outfit
- Any damage that is irreparable
Should you not purchase this insurance, you may be charged for the events that are covered under this insurance.
If the dress is returned in an irreparable state or not returned you will be required to purchase the dress at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid.
*Please note:
All zippers are tested by our QA team before leaving the studio to ensure they are in full working order. Any unlikely zipper malfunctions that may occur during your rental period are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend adding our $10 rental insurance to your order to ensure you are covered against zipper breakage.
